FAST develops an image processing system that provides an optimum solution for defect inspection. FV-pixellence is a desktop semiautomatic inspection vision system ideally suited to inspecting the surfaces of flat workpieces, such as lighting for planar luminous displays (typically LCDs), or detecting flaws or foreign particles on flat glass, films, or metal surfaces.
It takes full advantage of FAST's exclusive image processing technology to detect such low-contrast defects as spots and stains. It is capable of super high-precision inspection in combination with a 10 mega-pixel camera and can inspect color defects using a color filter.
